2015 marks RBI’s 25th year in business and we have plenty to celebrate. Over the last 25 years RBI has grown from a bearing broker into the leading manufacturer of bearings, castings and precision machined parts.
We set a lofty 3 year goal for ourselves, sometimes in order to move forward and reach your goals you have to take a step back and evaluate what brought you from point A to point B. We took a hard look at the direction our company is headed and decided it was time to re-define the culture of our company to support our continued growth.
At the core of RBI’s new culture are a set of values that define who we are, what we stand for and how we do things. We nicknamed these values TR3C which stands for Trust, Respect, Communication, Customer Commitment and Continuing Education. These 5 values are the foundation of RBI and define how we strive to act every day.
