We know consistency is key to keeping your production line moving. All bearing series must be consistent in terms of dimensions, materials, grease, performance, etc. If one shipment of bearings is inconsistent with the previous shipment, that could lead to safety problems, equipment breakdowns, increased cost, and unnecessary headaches. To combat manufacturing inconsistencies, we have developed a proprietary product quality management system that provides for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste from our processes and throughout the supply chain.
In addition to achieving ISO9001:2000 and TS16949 certification, our factories operate under the 5S methodology and utilize the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) system, which is a structured method of establishing and defining the steps necessary to ensure that product satisfies the customer’s requirements.
